How much does NoteMinder cost?
NoteMinder software is free in exchange for sole solicitation. There may be a small monthly support fee, depending on portfolio size.
If I have a support question, will I be able to talk to a real person?
Yes. Our support team is in-house and able to take calls and email during business hours Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time.
Is it easy to convert to NoteMinder from our current software?
Depending on your current software, the conversion process typically takes between 1 and 3 days. We will work with you to establish a schedule, which includes providing a test conversion for you to verify the data, and arranging for training prior to the "Go Live" date.
How many people can operate the software?
NoteMinder was designed from the ground up to be scalable and accommodate the needs of most users well into the future; as such, there are no specific user limits.
